If you run out of high-speed data, you can upgrade your plan or purchase a data top-up right from your Flex Mobile account.
If you don’t take action, your service will still work, but speeds may be reduced until your next billing cycle begins.
Option 1: Upgrade Your Plan
- Log in to your Flex Mobile account.
- On your Dashboard, find the Current Plan square and select Change My Plan.
- Choose from our available plans: Standard, Unlimited, or Unlimited Plus.
- Enter your payment info, or select your saved payment method.

Option 2: Purchase a Data Top-Up
- Log in to your Flex Mobile account.
- On your Dashboard, find the Add-Ons square and select Add More Data.
- Pick the top-up amount that works best for you.
- Finalize payment and continue enjoying high-speed service instantly.
