How to Troubleshoot Slow Data:
1. Make Sure Your Device Is Powered On
It sounds simple, but if your phone has recently powered off or restarted, your data connection may still be re-establishing. Give it a moment.
2. Close Background Apps
Too many open apps can slow down your phone and impact data performance.
Steps to close apps:
- Tap or long-press the Overview button (typically in the lower-left or lower-right corner of your screen).
- If you’re using gesture navigation, swipe up from the bottom and hold in the center of the screen.
