How to Track Data Usage in Real-Time

Staying on top of your data usage is easy with Flex Mobile. You can check your current balance at a glance or dive deeper into your history, all from your my account.

Track your current usage

1. Log in to your Flex Mobile account.
2. From My Dashboard look for the Data Usage square.
   • This shows your usage for the current billing period in real time.

View detailed usage history

1. On your My Dashboard, select View All Usage.
2. Choose a date range to see your activity over time.
3. Filter by usage type to get a detailed breakdown of your usage by:
   • Data
   • SMS (text messages)
   • Voice (calls)

This gives you a clear breakdown of how you’ve been using your plan, so you can track patterns and stay in control.

Make informed decisions

If you ever notice you’re using too much or too little data, simply select Change Plan on your dashboard. Choose the plan that works best for you and finalize your payment.
