Want to keep your current number? Follow these simple steps to transfer your number to Flex Mobile and activate your service.
Step 1: Log in to Your Account
Visit your Flex MyAccount and sign in using your registered email address or phone number.
Step 2: Navigate to “SIM Service”
After logging in, click on the SIM Service tab from your account dashboard.
Step 3: Select “Transfer My Number”
Choose the Transfer My Number option to begin the number transfer process.
Step 4: Enter Your Porting Information
To complete the transfer, you'll need to provide the following details from your current carrier:
Account number
Porting PIN
Billing ZIP code
Phone Number to Transfer
Step 5: Submit the Request
Carefully review your information and click Submit to start the port process.
Step 6: Wait for Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation once your number has successfully transferred. Most ports complete within minutes, but it can take up to 24 hours depending on your current provider.
Step 7: View and Activate Your eSIM
Once your port is confirmed, return to the SIM Service screen and click View eSIM Activation Code.
Follow the on-screen steps to install your eSIM on your device.
Step 8: Test Your Connection
Once your eSIM is installed, make a test call or try using data to ensure your service is active.
