Yes, you can use your own phone with Flex Mobile—as long as it’s compatible with our network!
Before making the switch, follow the steps below to make sure your phone is ready to go:
Step 1: Check If Your Phone Is Compatible
Every phone has a unique IMEI number, which tells us whether your device will work on the Flex Mobile network.
You’ll need to enter your 15-digit IMEI number. Here’s how to find it:
- Dial #06# on your phone’s keypad
- OR go to Settings > About Phone > IMEI
Step 2: Make Sure Your Phone Is Unlocked
To use your phone with Flex Mobile, it must be unlocked (not tied to another carrier).

Step 3: Insert Your SIM or Activate Your eSIM
Once your phone is confirmed as compatible and unlocked, you’re ready to activate service:
- If you have a Flex Mobile SIM card, insert it into your old phone and restart the device.
- If you're using eSIM follow the activation instructions in your My Account (also sent with your eSIM QR code located in your email.)
