Verizon
Account Number:
- You can find your account number by logging in to your My Verizon account and navigating to the "Account Overview" or "Billing" section.
PIN:

To get your Number Transfer PIN:
- Dial #PORT from the smartphone that has the number you want to transfer. This ensures the system verifies you're dialing from the phone to be transferred.
- You will receive a link to generate your Number Transfer PIN via My Verizon.
Alternatively:
- My Verizon app: Open the app and select "Create Your Number Transfer PIN."
- My Verizon website: Go to My Profile > Number Transfer PIN and click "Generate PIN."
AT&T
Account Number:
- Your account number is available by logging into your myAT&T account and selecting My Account > Profile.
PIN:
- To get your Number Transfer PIN:
- Online: Log in to your myAT&T account, go to People & Permissions > Wireless, and scroll down to Transfer phone number. Select Request a new PIN, and your PIN will appear on the screen.
- Via mobile device: Dial #PORT. Follow the prompts and you will receive your PIN via text. You’ll need your account passcode to complete this process.
Important Notes:
- The PIN expires four days after you request it, so make sure to request it close to the time of your transfer.
- If you need a new PIN, you can request another by following the same steps.
T-Mobile
Account Number:
- Log in to your T-Mobile account and your account number will be displayed on the Account summary page.
PIN:
- To get your Number Transfer PIN:
- Log in to your T-Mobile account and select My T-Mobile.
- Click on My Profile and then select Request Transfer PIN.
- On the next page, select Get a Transfer PIN.
- If Port-Out Protection is active, you will need to disable it before you can generate the PIN.
- Once the protection is turned off, your Temporary Port-Out PIN (TPOP) will be displayed.

- Do not cancel your current service until your number transfer is completed. Canceling early can result in losing your number.
- Ensure the name and address on your account match exactly with the information provided to your new carrier. This helps prevent delays in the transfer process.
