How to Reset My Voicemail Password

Forgot your voicemail password? No problem — resetting it is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to regain access to your voicemail so you never miss an important message.

Reset Using Your Phone 

1. Open the Phone app.

2. Dial *611 or your carrier’s support number.

3. Follow the voice prompts and choose the option for voicemail settings.

4. Select “Reset Voicemail Password” (you may need to verify your account).

5. Follow the prompts to set a new 4- to 7-digit voicemail PIN. 

    

Resetting on iPhone

1. Open the Phone app.

2. Tap the Voicemail tab in the bottom right.

3.  Select Change Voicemail Password.

4. Enter a new 4–7 digit password and confirm.

5. Tap Done.

Resetting on Android

1. Open the Phone app.

2. Tap the 3-dot menu (top right).

3. Select Settings → Voicemail → Change PIN.

4. Enter your current password, then create a new one.

5. Save your changes.
