Data Privacy & Deletion Policy

You can request deletion of your Flex Mobile account and personal data at any time. Once deleted, your account and associated information cannot be restored.

Hello Flex Mobile Privacy Team,

I would like to submit a user-initiated request under your Account & Data Deletion policy. Please delete my account and associated data.

What Data Is Deleted or Retained?

When you request deletion, Flex Mobile will permanently remove or anonymize the following information:

Deleted or Anonymized:

• Account profile information (name, email, username, photo)
• App usage data linked to your identity
• Communication history, support tickets, and in-app messages tied to your account
• Device identifiers or analytics data associated with your profile

Retained (for legal or operational reasons):

• Payment and transaction records (required for tax, accounting, or chargeback purposes)
• Security, fraud prevention, and abuse logs
• Records needed to resolve disputes or enforce our Terms of Service

Retention Period:

• Most retained data is kept for up to 3 years after account deletion (or as required by law).
• Aggregated, non-identifiable data may be stored indefinitely for analytics and service improvement.

• After the applicable retention period, all remaining data is securely deleted or fully anonymized.

   

What Happens Next

• You’ll receive a confirmation within 7 days.
• Deletion is typically completed within 30 days (longer if legal verification is required).
• We may ask for details to confirm your identity.
