How to View and Download Billing Statements

Need a copy of your past bills? You can view and download your Flex Mobile billing statements anytime from your account.

View Billing History

1. Log in to your Flex Mobile account.

2. From the left-hand menu, select Billing History.

3. Your full billing history will appear on the screen.

Download a Billing Statement

1. Find the statement you’d like to download. Select the statement.

2. Click the Download button on the right-hand side.

3. Your invoice will open with all the details you need, including:

   • Date

   • Payment amount

   • Payment type

   • Invoice type

   • Reference number

   • Explanation of charges
