Getting started is quick, easy, and 100% online. This guide will walk you through choosing the right plan, checking out, and preparing for activation.

Step 1: Choose Your Plan

Flex Mobile offers three flexible plans designed to fit different needs and budgets:

  • Unlimited talk, text, & data

  • 10% Autopay discount

• Unlimited Plus – $44/month

  • Unlimited talk, text, & data

  • Hotspot + International Calling

  • 100 Rewards Points

  • 15% Autopay Discount

   

Step 2: Checkout

1. Go to app.getflexmobile.com.

2. Select “Choose Plan” under the plan you want.

3. Enter your personal details:

   • First & Last Name

   • Email Address

   • Shipping Address (for SIM delivery, if not using eSIM)

4. Add payment information (credit or debit card).

   *Select Autopay at checkout to receive up to a 15% off discount off your monthly bill. 

5. If you want to keep your current phone number, enter your:

   • Current provider’s account number

   • Porting PIN (provided by your current carrier).

Step 3: Activation

• eSIM customers: You’ll receive an email with your eSIM QR code and activation steps right after checkout.

• Physical SIM customers: Your SIM will be shipped to you. Once it arrives, follow the activation instructions provided.
