How to Unlock your Mint Mobile Phone

To unlock your phone please see these requirements:  

• The locked device must have been activated on Mint Mobile’s service for at least 12 months.
• The account associated with the device must be in good standing, meaning no outstanding balances or violations of the terms of service.
• The device must not be reported as lost or stolen. 

1. Visit the Mint Mobile Help Center. 
2. Search for the device unlocking section. 
3. Fill out the unlock request form with your account information and device IMEI number. 
4. Submit the request and wait for confirmation. 
5. Follow the instructions received via email to complete the unlock process. 

1. Call Mint Mobile Customer Service at 213-372-7777. 
2. Provide your account details and device IMEI number. 
3. If your device is eligible, the representative will guide you through the unlocking process. 

Additional Notes:

• Mint Mobile follows the CTIA’s Consumer Code for Wireless Service to unlock devices.
• Military personnel can request unlocking without the 12-month service requirement by providing deployment documentation.
