  • Account Information: Ensure you have your Cricket account number and the 4-digit PIN number, which is often referred to as the "Authorization ID."
  • Eligibility: Make sure the device is not reported as lost or stolen and the account is in good standing. 
To Unlock your phone:
  1. Dial 1-800-274-2538 to reach Cricket Mobile customer service. 
  2. Provide your account details, including the Cricket account number and the 4-digit PIN. 
  3. Request to unlock your device. 
  4. The representative will check your eligibility and provide instructions for unlocking your device. 
  5. Follow the instructions provided by the representative to complete the unlocking process.
